What kind of CA glue do you need?
The thicker the viscosity of the glue, the more slowly it dries and the better it is at gap-filling.  The water-thin
Thin
CA wicks into very tight joints and cracks, and soaks into porous materials, and dries very quickly.
The
Medium
CA is a great all-purpose glue for most repairs and construction. Use medium for items that fit together fairly well (small gaps).
Use the
Thick and Extra-Thick
CA for rough or porous items – thick CA takes longer to dry (allows time for adjustment) and fills larger gaps. The
GEL
CA is even
thicker (similar to Gel toothpaste) – this is for very rough items like rock and coral – it stays where you put it and can fill gaps!  GEL CA takes much longer to dry.  (please see the note on CA activator, below.)
The 1oz and 2oz glue bottles
come with a screw-on “Pin-in-cap” bottle top – stops clogs and lengthens the shelf life.
The 4oz and 8oz bottles
have “Yorker” tips which are designed for applying larger amounts, or for refilling the smaller bottles.
NOTE
: all CA glue products can be used with an activator – which I sell
separately
in my ebay store.  The activator (also called “kicker” or “accelerator”) isn’t required but is
very useful
because it makes the glue dry on command. The activator also acts as a cleaner and surface prep agent which can make a big difference when working with difficult-to-glue materials.  Please see my store – you can add more items to your shopping cart and ebay will combine them into one sale.
