Scarce leather birth certificate holder for Good Samaritan Hospital in Portland, Oregon. I am dating this to pre WWI @1905. The rare folder has real gold lettering, suede leather & taffeta lining. The piece measures 9” x 6 1/2”. There is a stain on the upper edge as shown.
